Are Blue Dot Farmers Democrats?
Many Blue Dot Farmers identify as Democrats, progressives or otherwise left-leaning, but there is no central organization that defines who can use the label. On Blue Farm Directory, the Blue Farm designation is self-identified by the farm.
Is this a directory of farmers who didn’t vote for Trump?
Not exactly. Blue Farm Directory does not verify or publish anyone’s voting history. Farms choose whether to identify as a Blue Farm based on their own values, and the directory also includes independent farms that have not made a political designation.
How are Blue Farms verified?
Blue Farm Directory does not assign political labels to farms. A farm receives the Blue Farm designation only when the farm itself chooses or confirms that label.
Listings may also include information submitted by the farm or gathered from publicly available sources. Unconfirmed listings can be claimed and updated by the farm owner. If a listing is shown to clearly conflict with the values and purpose of Blue Farm Directory, it may be removed.
Do I need Facebook to find Blue Dot farms?
No. Blue Farm Directory is available on the open web with no Facebook account, group membership or login required. You can search the directory directly to find Blue Dot farms and other independent farms near you.
Where can I find Blue Dot beef?

What do the pin colors mean?
Blue pins identify farms that have chosen the Blue Farm label.
Gray pins identify farms that have not chosen the label or have not yet confirmed their listing.
Blue Farm status is added by the farm itself.
Can a farm be listed if it isn’t a Blue Farm?
Yes. Blue Farm Directory includes both self-identified Blue Farms and other independent farms.
However, Blue Farm Directory is a values-based directory. If a farm is clearly and publicly promoting MAGA, supporting Donald Trump, or advocating positions that directly conflict with the purpose of the directory, we may remove the listing.
